The basic cleaning includes the exterior wash including wheel cleaning, cleaning the windows inside and out, as well as vacuuming the interior. Manual post-treatment of stubborn stains or paint sealing is not included.
Our prices are based on the vehicle segment (small car, mid-range, SUV, van). Special bodies, motorhomes, or vehicles with a trailer hitch may require a surcharge. Please ask before booking.
Before each service, our team performs a brief visual inspection. Any existing damage (scratches, stone chips, detached films) is noted. The cleaning itself does not repair pre-existing damage.
We predominantly use pH-neutral, water-based products. For specific applications (wheels, insect residue), we use targeted solvent-free cleaners. Upon customer request, a specific product can be omitted.
For insurance reasons, staying in the vehicle during cleaning is not permitted. We ask you to leave the key at the reception and wait in our waiting area.
A fresh car wash holds up even in the rain. The protective layer (if booked) requires about two hours of drying time. In case of heavy precipitation immediately after cleaning, we recommend briefly sheltering the vehicle.
