These terms govern the use of our services in the field of vehicle care and cleaning. By booking a service, you accept the following regulations. Please read them carefully.
AutoPflege offers professional cleaning and care services for vehicles. These include, among others, interior cleaning, paint sealing, wheel cleaning, and upholstery care. The contract is concluded through your booking and our confirmation. All services are provided according to the agreed specifications. Changes require the written consent of both parties.
You are obliged to make the vehicle available at the agreed time and to grant access to all areas to be cleaned. Personal items must be removed before handover. We assume no liability for valuables left in the vehicle. Please inform us in good time about delays or rescheduling of appointments.
Our services are performed according to industry standards and with suitable cleaning agents. We exclusively use products that are appropriate for the respective surface. Should defects occur, please report them within three working days of the service being provided. We will then rectify the defect free of charge or offer an appropriate solution.
AutoPflege is liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it concerns damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. Liability for indirect damages, in particular lost profits, is excluded. Preventive measures, such as the removal of sensitive parts, are your responsibility.
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment. In the event of later cancellations or non-appearance, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. This amounts to 50 percent of the agreed price. In the case of repeated short-notice cancellations, we may reject future bookings.
We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. We will inform you of material changes by email or on our website. The changed terms are deemed accepted if you do not object within two weeks of receiving the notification. In the event of an objection, the contract will continue under the previous terms.
The law of the Republic of Austria applies. Place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of AutoPflege. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
